Cenatte Embriões was founded in 1984 and pioneered the embryo transfer technique with Zebus. Our technical department has highly qualified professionals. This allows us a high work volume with great efficiency, annually maintaining high production figures.
In 2006 we produced 40,060 embryos, performed 35,459 implants and froze approximately 2,000 embryos.
We work all over the national territory in partnership with more than 200 renowned breeders of different breeds and we are in charge of the technical activities in more than 10 Embryo Transfer (ET) centers and 05 In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) laboratories in Brazil and in Colombia.
This huge activity in the Brazilian market equips us to offer the genetic market bloodlines of the highest class of the different Zebu breeds.
We have maintained an arrangement with the Veterinary Schools for research development. Several masters and doctoral projects and theses have been developed jointly, in constant pursuit of greater efficiency for the breeder.
The MOET (multiple ovulation and embryo transfer) program for the Guzera breed arose from this partnership. It is the only MOET in the world successfully developed with Zebus.
