We are a company marketing embryos, pregnant cattle and providing Services in the field of Collection and ET, working with a huge range of breeds and clients throughout Brazil.
Our company has been in the marketplace for 24 years, working with Embryo Transfer and Collection for 21. Our work was initially developed with the Central Lagoa da Serra – Sertãozinho – where we were able to pioneer the Embryo Transfer technique in countries such as Ecuador and Costa Rica and to develop work in Mexico, Nicaragua and Paraguay.
We are always seeking improvement and exchange of experiences, with Germany, France, Canada and the United States since our results have always been at the parameter of those found in the aforementioned countries.
In the 1980s we set up our own Donor and Receptor Center in Atibaia – SP. This pioneering approach also involved the routine use of ultrasound in reproduction work, whether to assess Donors for starting the Program, for Early Diagnosis, Reproductive Statements and Reports, or Fetal Sexing.
Being always ahead of the times also led us to develop a Project in the field of In-vitro Fertilization, together with Unesp of Jaboticabal (SP) and a company from Riberão Preto (SP). Before then IVF was a technique restricted to Research Laboratories, and was implemented in the field and on farms from that time by the team we set up. The first IVF-born products from Charolais, Limousin, Simmental and Holstein breeds, were the fruit of this partnership.
When little was heard about the use of computers on farms, we created and developed a computer program: STE/Gertec Embriões, which stores 21 years of registered data, becoming a support for various national and international magazines.
Today we are establishing partnerships with the best breeders of several breeds in the country, enabling the marketing of embryos and putting genetics at the service of the breeder, providing quality with the best results.
