The city is connected directly to São Paulo by the Anhangüera and BR-050 roads, which have been enlarged. Other federal and state roads connect Uberaba to the states in the South, North and Northeast.
- The trails of the Centro-Atlântica Railway go as far as the ports of Santos and Vitória including extensions into the Industrial Districts and the Inside Customs House – EADI allowing for expeditious and low-cost importation and exportation
- Bathed by the Rio Grande, the city is near the Mercosur Waterway.
- Petrobrás has a fuel distribution center in Industrial District III interconnected to Paulínea-Goiânia Pipeline.
- A dry port is installed in Uberaba. By means of the Inside Customs House (Eadi) it is possible to cut costs and expedite clearance in importation and exportation transactions.
